Who am I?

Hi! Iā€™m Rob McLellan BSc, I am a rehabilitation assistant and a bachelor of science (Psychology)

For nearly a decade, I've been passionate about making a difference in mental health rehabilitation.

My path started back in college in 2015, where I studied A-level Psychology, Chemistry (organic and inorganic), Medical Science, and additional maths.

In 2017, I began my undergraduate studies at the University of Salford, focusing on single honours Psychology. I was honoured with an academic excellence award upon entry, which fueled my passion and exploration in Psychology.

After graduating in 2021, I've worked in various roles. I started as an agency SEN teaching assistant in schools, applying my understanding of disabilities during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Later, I became a therapy assistant, working with clients with complex brain injuries. This role highlighted the importance of providing tailored services for each client.

Professionals often commend me for my ability to build rapport, provide person-centred support, and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

I also had the privilege of working as an assistant case manager, which deepened my understanding of client-centred approaches.

My eagerness to learn helps me adapt effectively to the unique needs of each client. Since starting this path, I remain motivated to learn and contribute to a team environment.
